Visa on arrival fee

While you can use different modes of payments (at visa fees collection counter), Immigration advise you to carry some cash to be on the safe side (cited as per official page):

15 Days – 30 USD / 30 Days – 50 USD /90 Days – 125 USD

Please be aware it is your own responsibility to apply for a visa.

Registered participants can request an invitation letter during the registration process. Letters will only be sent when full payment is received.

Travel Arrangements

It is the responsibility of each delegate attending the NNN Conference 2022 to organise their own travel arrangements including visas, transfers, flights, accommodation and any on the ground arrangements. Please see the relevant visa and accommodation tabs for further information.

Make sure you have given your emergency contact details and a copy of your travel itinerary with your company, family or trusted colleague

Insurance

Please ensure an adequate travel insurance is in place in accordance with your company travel policies.

Health Requirements & Vaccinations

Please consult your doctor about any health concerns and for recommendations on health care and vaccinations whilst you are away. Please ensure to travel with your record of vaccinations certificate with you.

Further information

Covid19 - Entry into Nepal

People who have completed COVID-19 vaccination at least 14 days prior to entry to Nepal can get visas on arrival (you should bring proof of vaccination). Non-vaccinated people can also obtain visas on arrival, but – if unvaccinated, and aged over five years old – must be able to show a negative PCR test completed no more than 72 hours before the flight of first departure. Requirements are updated by Nepal’s Department of Immigration, sometimes at short notice.
