Visa Information

All international attendees are responsible for ensuring they meet the UAE entry requirements. Please review the information below carefully and allow sufficient time to make the necessary arrangements before travelling to Abu Dhabi.

Passport Requirements:

  • Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry into the UAE
  • Passport must be in good condition with at least one blank page
  • Attendees are responsible for carrying their passport and all supporting documents when travelling

Abu Dhabi Tourist Pre-Arranged Visa

Attendees who are not eligible for Visa on Arrival must apply for a UAE Tourist / Conference Visa prior to travelling to Abu Dhabi.

After completing conference registration, the Events Team will provide an official Visa Invitation Letter. 

The visa application itself must be completed directly by the attendee.

Requirements for Pre-Arranged Visa Application

  • Applicants may be required to submit the following documents:
  • Passport copy (bio page and cover page)
  • Passport validity of at least six (6) months
  • Passport-size photograph
  • Completed visa application form
  • Event invitation letter
  • Event registration confirmation
  • Flight itinerary
  • Hotel or accommodation confirmation
  • Travel insurance (recommended)

Additional documents may be requested depending on nationality.

Processing Time for Pre-Arranged Visa

Processing times may vary depending on nationality and application volumes. 

Attendees are strongly advised to apply at least 6-8 weeks before travel.

Visa on Arrival

Citizens of eligible countries may obtain a Visa on Arrival (VOA) upon entering the UAE.

For Visa on Arrival:

  • No pre-application is required
  • Attendees must meet entry requirements and present documents directly at the airport
