Frequently Asked Questions - Registrations

Do speakers need to apply for a Speaker Permit?

Yes. All confirmed speakers are required to provide additional information as part of the Speaker Permit application process. The NNN Events Team will contact speakers directly with clear guidance on the required steps and timelines, and will apply for your Speaker Permit on your behalf.

What do the virtual and in-person aspects of the conference look like?

Virtual and in-person delegates will have access to a virtual platform where they can livestream all of our workshops, rapid-fires, and meetings. We are aware that the different time zones will not be ideal for all of our members. We appreciate participants who are able to join the meetings and workshops outside their normal working hours. Members and delegates will be able to access the recordings via the official NNN YouTube Channel.

What is the cancellation policy?

Any delegate cancellation up to two weeks prior to the event will be refunded less a 10% admin fee.

Any delegate cancellation within the two weeks before the event or no-shows at the event is non-refundable unless the reason for cancellation is due to visa rejection. (proof of rejection will be required)

Up to 1 week prior to the start of the event, registration may be transferred to another delegate in the same Registration Group.
