2026 Submissions

Call for Submissions

Submission for the 2026 Annual NNN Conference are NOW OPEN until Friday 13th March 2026.

Submissions that most closely align with the NNN 2026 Conference theme: "People, Systems, & Resilience: Adapting NTD Responses Through Holistic Approaches” and the objectives of the NNN 2026 - 2030 strategy, will have the strongest chance of selection. This year’s theme reflects a growing recognition that elimination is not only a technical challenge, but also a question of leadership, equity, integration, and sustainability. By aligning innovation with country ownership, mental health with quality of care, and cross-sector collaboration with development pathways, the conference will explore how NTD programmes can remain resilient and impactful in complex and changing contexts.

This year we are delighted to offer the opportunity to submit proposals for:

  • Workshop Sessions: The NNN workshops take a 90-minute format, which includes key presentation(s) on the session topic and focuses on breakout activities and meaningful discussions. Workshops are typically organised in three parallel sessions over the course of the three-day conference.
  • Rapid Fire presentations: These 7 minute presentations are specifically designed for presenting completed work with evidence of success and learnings. The format aims to focus on the exciting core findings and practical implications of research, supported by a limited number of slides and followed by a brief Q&A with the audience.
  • Poster presentations: We are accepting a limited number of In-Person Poster presentations, to take place on one day of the conference, that cater to the larger NNN theme and sub-themes from early career professionals and full-time students registered on programmes in LMICs.
