International Foundation for Dermatology

The International Foundation for Dermatology (IFD) was established in 1987 to carry out the International League of Dermatological Societies (ILDS) humanitarian work, supporting skin health initiatives in low-resource areas. The IFD aims to innovate, form partnerships, and promote collaborative efforts to provide accessible and effective skin health services for all patients in low-resource areas, regardless of ethnicity, disability, or social background. With a focus on Africa, Asia, and South America, the IFD plays a vital role in helping the ILDS achieve its global goal of skin health for the world.
